Junior Sales Manager
We are looking for an exceptional sales manager / business developer to join the team of an innovative start-up in the FinTech sector developing an exciting new product. This position is located in Mexico City.

The Sales Manager role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills and abilities to expand a growing business. You will be reporting directly to the startup director.
What will be you responsibilities?
- Research prospective clients through several strategies.
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data.
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheets.
- Cold call prospective clients.
- Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy.
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
- Grow sales in collaboration with the director and utilizing specialist knowledge to deliver gross sales.
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
- Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the finance industry with a track record of steadily increasing responsibility in sales or customer growth is expected.
- Strong communication skills & collaborative mindset.
